A strong passion for architecture and design led a young Las Vegas native, Gavin Williams, into an early career in real estate. At the young age of 14, Gavin began an internship in the industry where he was exposed to all the facets of real estate, particularly the intricacies of the Las Vegas market. It was during the internship that Gavin realized he had discovered his calling. He loved real estate and all that it entailed. Gavin did not waste any time staking his claim in the Las Vegas market and at the age of 19, while attending the University of Nevada Las Vegas, he joined the Ivan Sher Group. The opportunity to collaborate with such a keenly knowledgeable and experienced team undoubtedly allowed Gavin the access to a wealth of knowledge and an experience that can only be explained as remarkable. Though proficient in the selling of the Las Vegas valley, Gavin has a special connection with Summerlin. Calling the master-planned community of Summerlin his home for a majority of his life, the area is as familiar to him as his own backyard. He specializes in all neighborhoods and villages of Summerlin ranging from The Vistas to The Ridges and everything in-between. Gavin graduated from The University of Nevada Las Vegas with a bachelors degree majoring in Communication and a minor in Business Management. Two areas of study that he utilizes in his business to identify the unique needs of each deal while leveraging his knowledge and creativity to successfully negotiate on behalf of his clients to ensure the best possible outcome. On any given day, Gavin can be found driving the city ensuring he is knowledgeable of every notable home on the market.
